Throughout her career, Kate dedicated herself to improving the lives of children facing communication, feeding, and swallowing challenges. Since June 2021, she served as a Speech-Language Pathologist at St. Louis Children’s Hospital, where she worked closely with pediatric patients and their families. Her expertise, combined with her patience and empathy, allowed her to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children working to overcome developmental speech and language disorders and feeding difficulties.

Before joining St. Louis Children’s Hospital, Kate gained valuable experience as a speech-language pathologist with Miriam STL and Blue Stars Therapy, where she worked with children and families facing a variety of communication challenges. Beyond her work in healthcare, Kate embraced opportunities to inspire others through wellness and fitness. As a Lagree Instructor at PLNK Fitness in St. Louis, she encouraged individuals to pursue healthier lifestyles while fostering confidence and personal growth. Earlier in her career, she also served as a Store Business Lead for lululemon, where her leadership abilities and positive energy earned the admiration of coworkers and customers alike.
While her professional accomplishments were significant, those closest to Kate say her greatest impact came through the relationships she built. Friends describe her as someone who radiated warmth and kindness, making others feel valued, supported, and loved. Her optimism, resilience, and genuine concern for others left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know her.
